Fat to buff, gold to masters --- Day 4#

So yesterday was my first legs workout in a long time! Today has been a painful day even to the slightest things such as standing up and walking haha.

So far everything is going fine, i've learnt some new builds that i've been practising against AI and on ladder so far they are very effective!!

Only problem is these builds have a 2nd phase but i never get to reach it because i've won already!!

Going to sleep now in rank 1 position which is a good feeling, hopefully i can keep it up!!


Physically i am feeling more muscular although it is virtually impossible to make a noticeable difference in a week i believe so i think its just placebo effect of hitting gym again and eating healthy.

Fat to buff, gold to masters --- Day 2

So today i am feeling it, i am sore, tired and feel generally like shit.

I am not used to eating so healthy OR so much. There were a few times today that i literally felt like i could have thrown up with all the chicken i had to eat. I am going to consult with my gym god friends and see if i can get my diet changed around because its pretty intense at the moment. Will try again tomorrow and see if its any better.

As far as my Starcraft 2 play is going i definitely made an improvement today and learnt some new timings and tricks thanks to my followers;

I honestly appreciate you guys watching my stream and helping me to improve my gameplay!

I hope my stream isnt too boring to watch!! I have even resorted to listening to the radio instead of my usually taste in music to try appeal to more viewers! 

Anyway, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for my diet! I also have weights again tomorrow which will be painful and difficult i am sure.

Fat to buff, gold to masters - Episode 1

So, today was my first time streaming, i got roughly 11 viewers at one stage which i was actually very happy about so if anyone of you people are reading this thank you very much! You made it worth while! :)

Today highlight some serious issues with my game play:

  1. Macro is dog shit
  2. I react poorly under pressure
  3. I can't maintain a conversation/tell a story while concentrating :P
So i think i will defiantly have to work on these things!!


Today was also my FIRST workout! I was happy with my effort although i was not able to complete all sets (its designed that way). At the moment i am about 1 hour after my workout and i am absolutely shattered!! I wore a heart monitor during my workout also and overall i burnt 830 calories which is really decent!!

I will be playing again tonight and will be focusing purely on hitting my macro and recovering as much as possible. I suspect i will be aboard the paintrain tomorrow which will absolutely suck!!

Fat to buff, gold to masters #1 - The beginning

Alrighty, its 7:45pm on the 18th, i've cooked my food for tomorrow, so i figured i'd make this post now! Tomorrow it begins (19th of November, 2012)... no backing out now, i've posted this shit everywhere. The biggest challenge with this entire regime will be the mental aspect. I believe that sticking to a diet and training regime is 80% mental and 20% physical. I am sure if i dedicate my time and effort towards both Starcraft 2 and training i will be able to succeed.

I really do hope i can build up a viewer database to help me improve as a game and keep my motivation rolling for my diet and gym.

So this will be the diet i am following until i stop gaining muscle and losing weight.


  • 900g of chicken
  • 150g of rice
  • 7 eggs
  • 50g of almonds
  • 180g of whey protein concentrate
  • 1 slice of white bread
  • 200g of broccli
I will be using the following supplements;
  • Albuterex (thermogenic fat burner) 
  • some testosterone booster shit that i haven't used in ages (not steroids - its natural stuff)
  • Lean & clean (liver cleansing supplement)
    • Everything you eat goes through your liver, your liver is responsible for removing toxins from foods and products your eat/drink. So basically the best example i can give is, you can have a Ferrari but if you have a shit fuel system its not going to have the same performance as a Ferrari with the exact same specs but a decent few system. So basically your liver is your fuel system. (I literally just fucking confused myself but i hope it made some sort of sense, if you can't tell already i have NO fucking idea about cars ;))


So this is currently what i look like this is me at 6ft, 112kg at 30% body fat (O_O... didn't realize how bad i was!!!).


My first workout which will be today shall be;

This is my current standing on the ladder i haven't really being play that much because of university exams. Anyway, im ready to get into it!! One of the main things i will need to focus on is my macro, on consistently float and i also need to work on my scouting so that i am not stressing out about having enough army numbers to defend myself.

Introduction #1

Firstly, thank you for stopping by to check out my blog. Now i am going to make an assumption that anyone who actively has sought out my blog is from the Starcraft 2 community.

Throughout my 'Fat to buff, gold to masters' series i will post on this blog daily advising of my diet, weight regime and also how i am feeling physically and mentally during this 'journey'.

If anyone can be bothered to create an account on follow me on here it would be much appreciated but i probably wouldn't do it so i completely understand ;)..
